  • 2 CUPS FLOUR
  • 2 TBSP. SUGAR
  • 4 TSP. BAKING POWDER
  • 1 TSP. SALT
  • 1/4 CUP COLD BUTTER
  • 1 CUP MILK

TOPPING: 

  • 1/3 CUP SOFT BUTTER
  • 1 CUP PACKED B. SUGAR
  • 1 TBSP. CINNAMON
  • 1/3 CUP RAISINS

TO MAKE:

IN LARGE BOWL MIX 4 INGREDRIENTS, CUT BUTTER UNTIL COARSE CRUMBS.
POUR IN MILK STIRRING LIGHTLY WITH FORK (DOUGH IS SOFT) AND KNEAD 8-10 TIMES ON FLOURED BOARD. 

ROLL INTO 12 X 8 RECT.  CREAM TOGETHER TOPPING INGREDRIENTS AND SPREAD ON MIXTURE. ROLL. CUT.

BAKE 400 F FOR 15-20 MIN.

MAKES 12 ROLLS.
