Combine first 3 ingredients; cut in butter with a pastry blender until
mixture is crumbly.
Combine milk and next 4 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring with
a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 3 to 4 times.
Pat or roll dough to 31/2" thickness; cut with a biscuit cutter, and place
on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
Yield 3 dozen.
