1 pound ground beef
2 green onions sliced
taco seasoning mix envelope
1 jar salsa (16 oz)
3/4 cup water
1 (8oz) cheese cubed (like velveta)
1/4 cup instant potato flakes
Cook beef and cool, add next four ingredients.
Bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Stir in potato flakes and cook over low heat for 5 more minutes.
