Cabbage Rolls


1. Cook cabbage covered in boiling water and stand 5 minutes.  Drain.

2. Combine next 7 ingredients. Place into leaves.  Roll using toothpicks to hold in place.

3. Brown in skillet.  Oil.  Pour in tomato sauce.  Combine sugar, water, and juice.  Stir into sauce.  Simmer 1 hour.

Makes 6 servings.
