Meatballs

• 1 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1/4 chili pepper
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp prepared mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• chopped onion
• pepper to taste
• 1 tsp beef bouillon
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs, fine
• 1/2 cup oatmeal

• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp prepared mustard

This recipe is supposed to be meatloaf, but decided to make into big meatballs.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together well.  Form portions into large
2-3 inch balls and place in a 13" X 9" baking dish.  Bake for 30 minutes.
Carefully blot each meatball on paper towels to eliminate all the drippings.
Put into different dish and pour on the sauce and bake another 15 minutes.

For fancier occasions, you can make small 1 inch balls.  Reduce cooking time.
