1 cup flour
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Stir flour and salt together. Beat eggs until thick and combine
with milk.
Make a well in centre of flour and stir in mixture. Beat.
Pour into tins. Bake at 450 F for 15- 20 min. lowering
temp to 350 for 15 mins.
Makes 6 big servings.
