1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease and flour baking
sheet.
2. In a large bowl, blend together dry ingredients and then banana. Add the milk, stirring gently until the dough holds together.
3. Divide the dough into 3 pieces and form each into a ball. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and pat down until a thickness of ½ inch. Use a knife to cut dough into 4 wedges (do not cut al the way through the dough).
4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until dough is golden brown.
