1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat all
the ingredients except peaches. Spoon into the 13 X 9 pan.
2. Drain the peaches, reserving the liquid. Arrange the sliced
peaches over the top of the batter in the pan.
Drizzle half of the reserved syrup over the top.
3. Bake for 40 to 50 min. Remove and cool. Serve warm.
