NORWEIGAN CAKE

whip well:

• 4 eggs
• 8 tbsp. sugar
• mix with:
• 4 tbsp. flour
• 4 tbsp. potato flour or 3 1/2 cornstartch
• 1 tbsp. baking powder

Fold both mixtures together.  Bake 350 F for 30 minutes.
