2 whole chicken breasts
4 slices ham
4 slices
parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup green onions
1/8 tsp. thyme leaves (parsley for garnish)
Pound chicken into 1/4” thickness with rolling pin. Place ham and cheese on each breast half. Roll up chicken from narrow end. Secure with toothpicks.
Skillet med. heat, cook chicken in hot oil 10 min. to brown all sides.
Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, milk, onions, and thyme. Reduce
to low heat. Cover. Simmer 10 min. until chicken is tender
with fork. Garnish.
