Chicken Broccoli Rice Skillet


2 tbsp. margarine
1 pound chicken breast strips
2 cups broccoli
3/4 cups carrots
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 cup milk
pepper
1 1/4 cups rice uncooked

1.  In skillet, med. heat, melt margarine.  Cook chicken until brown.  Remove and set aside.

2.  Add veggies.  Cook until tender.

3.  Stir in soup, milk, and pepper.  Return chicken to skillet.  Heat to boiling.  Reduce heat to low.  Cover and cook 10 min.

4.  Stir in rice.  Cover, remove from heat.  Let stand for 5 min.
