Creamy Chicken Rice

1/2 lb. chicken
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup green onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup sour cream

Skillet - saute garlic, mushrooms and chicken in butter.  Add remaining ingreadients except rice and sour cream and bring to boil.  Stir in rice and cover.  Let stand for 5 min. Stir in cream.

Makes 4 servings.
