Stir-fry Chicken/Shrimp and Veggies


2 whole chicken breasts strips
8 oz. shrimp
2 tsp. soya sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. oil
2 cups broccoli
onions
1 cup celery
1 green pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup mushrooms
snow peas
tomatoes

Marinate: chicken and shrimp for 30 min. with soya,
sherry, ginger and garlic.

Heat: oil in wok.  Cook meat 4 min. Remove.  Add
veggies and broth.  Cover and steam stirring often.
Add mushrooms and peas and cook for 2 min.
Add tomatoes and meat.  Cook until hot.

Makes 4 servings.

Serve: with cooked rice and add onion, celery and peppers.
