Debbies Dumplings


1 pound ground turkey
1 large egg
3/4 cup shitake mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup water chesnuts
1/2 cup green onions
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp ginger
1tbsp soy sauce 1/4 cup also
2 tbsp dry white wine
1/2 sp salt/sugar/pepper
potstick wrappers
vegetable oil

1. Mix all together.

2. Fill wrapper use water to moisten edges fold over 1/2 squeeze together.
Set on floured baking sheet.

3. Cook each batch in non stick frying pan with oil. Cook until golden
brown 3 to 5 minutes. Add 1/3 cup water cover pan reduce heat to medium
low about 6 minutes.


Soy Scallion Dipping Sauce for Dumplings


1/2 cup soy sauce
3 scallions
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients; add 1/4 cup soya plus
2 tbsp water. Serve on the side with steamed dumplings.

Refrigerate sauce in an airtight container up to 4 days.



Sweet and Spicy Dipping Sauce


1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 piece fresh ginger (julienned)

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Serve on the side
with steamed dumplings.


Refrigerate sauce in an airtight container up to 4 days.
