Refrigerator Coconut Crisps

1/2 CUP MARGARINE

1 CUP SUGAR

1 EGG

1 TSP. VANILLA

1 3/4 CUPS FLOUR

3/4 TSP. SALT

1/2 TSP. BAKING SODA

1 CUP COCONUT
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add egg and beat well. Beat in vanilla.
Add sifted flour and dry ingredients with coconut, stirring to mix
thoroughly.
Shape into rolls.
Wrap in paper and chill overnight.
Slice thin.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 F for 8-12 minutes.
