Cranberry-Pear Crisp
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1 TSP. CINNAMON
- 1/4 TSP NUTMEG
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/2 CUP COLD BUTTER CUT INTO CHUNKS
- 1/4 CUP WALNUTS
- 4 CUPS SLICED PEARS
- 1 CUP FRESH CRANBERRIES RINSED
Mix first 7 ingredients and add walnuts.
Slice and peel pears and add cranberries.
Bake in casserole dish with fruit on bottom and crumble mixture on
top for 375 F for 35 minutes
