Ice Cream Crunch

(makes 10-12 servings)

Soften vanilla ice cream in refrigerator for 30 minutes before making.
Mix together 3 cups rice kripies cereal, 2 cups toasted coconut, 1 ½ cups
Toasted nuts or slivered chocolate, ½ cups brown sugar and ½ cup melted
Butter.

Spread ½ mixture into botton of 13”X9” pan.  Spoon ice crean over top spreading out with spoon.  Then add the rest of the mixture to top to cover.  Freeze up to 1 day in advance to serve.
