Champagne- Strawberry Punch

Yield 20 cups.

3 (6 oz) cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
5 cups water
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (1 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
2 (750 ml) bottles of dry champagne, chilled

Combine first 3 ingredients; cover and chill thoroughly.
Gently stir in ginger ale and champagne just before serving.


Sparkling Strawberry Punch

Substitute 6 cups lemon lime soft drink for champagne, if desired.
