Cold Coffee Drinks....
French Vanilla Iced Coffee
- 3 cups strong hot coffee
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint cream or half and half
- 1 quart milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Place coffee in large pitcher.
Add sugar until dissolved.
Let cool. Add remaining ingredients to coffee stirring well.
Chill and serve over ice.
Iced Cappuccino
Brew 13 oz french roast coffee.
Cool.
Add 3 oz of Simple Syrup (below) and
24 oz milk to cooled coffee.
Store in covered container (40 oz) in fridge.
Serve over ice.
Simple Syrup
Simmer together equal parts sugar and water until sugar is dissolved.
Cool. Use in drinks and store in fridge.
Iced Caffe Latte
Combine 7 oz cooled espresso and 12 oz milk.
Ice Coffee Cooler
26 oz strong french roast
48 oz cold milk
4.5 oz simple syrup
Combine in pitcher, shake, pour over ice.
Frozen Drinks....
Espresso Frappe
In a blender place 8 oz cold brewed espresso,
3 tbsp chocolate syrup, and
1/2 pint coffee ice cream.
Mix until smooth and serve in a tall glass.
Deluxe Iced Coffee
- 2 cups strong coffee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 cups ice cubes
- whipped cream for garnish
Blend together and garnish with whipped cream
Frozen Cappuccino
Mix in blender until thick
3 oz of brewed cooled coffee
5 oz of milk or light cream
3/4 cup ice,
and add sugar to taste.
Pour into tall glass.
Garnish with whipped cream.
