2 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 1/4 cup milk
2 eggs 1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
2 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen thawed and drained)
Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. Stir first five
ingredients until blended.
Gently fold in berries. Pour batter by a little less than 1/4
cupfuls onto hot griddle.
Cook until edges are dry. Turn and cook until golden.
