Ham Broccoli Pot Pie
- 1 (10 oz) package of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 (11 oz) can sweet whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard
- 1 double pie crust
Arrange chopped broccoli in a lightly greased 11 X 7 inch baking dish.
Stir togetehr cron and next 6 ingredients. Spoon over broccoli.
Unfold piecrust; pat or roll into an rectangle and put over the top of dish
and food.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 mins or until golden.
