1. Heat oven to 375 F. In large mixer bowl, combine ½
cup sugar and the butter. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often,
until well mixed. Add sour cream, orange jiuce concentrate, 2 tsp
peel and the egg. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well
mixed.
2. In medium bowl, stir together flour and baking soda. By hand, stir flour mixture into sour cream mixture just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin pan.
