CORNMEAL MUFFINS
3/4 CUP CORNMEAL
1 1/4 CUP FLOUR
1/4 CUP SUGAR
1/2 TSP SALT
3 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 EGG
3/4 MILK
1/4 CUP BUTTER
Stir together. Bake in greased muffin pans at 425F for 20-25 min. Makes 12 muffins.
