Honey Glazed Cranberry Cornmeal Muffins

(Makes 1 dozen) Glaze:
1/4 cup powedered sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp water

1. Heat oven to 400 F.  Grease tins.

2. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, allspice and salt in large mixing bowl.  Add buttermilk, egg, honey, oil and peel.  Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.  Fold in cranberries.

3. Spoon batter evenly into prepared muffin cups.  Bake for 13 to 15 min, or until lightly browned.  Loosen muffins from rim of pan.  Place on cooling rack.

4. Combine glaze ingredients in small mixing bowl.  Drizzle over warm muffines.  Serve warm.
