Honey Oatmeal Muffins with Fruit

Makes ½ batch 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Grease muffin tins.

2. In a large bowl, blend together flour, oats, sugar, powder, fruit, and salt.  In medium bowl, beat the egg, oil, milk, and honey until smooth.  Combine the two mixtures, blending until the dry ingredients are just moistened.

3. Spoon the batter into the cups, filling about ¾ full.  Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
