1 CUP MILK

1/2 CUP POPPY SEEDS

1/4 CUP BUTTER

3 TBSP SUGAR

1 EGG

1 TSP VANILLA

2 CUPS FLOUR

3 TSP BAKING POWDER

3/4 TSP SALT
Put milk and seeds into small bowl and stand 10 min. Cream butter,
sugar and egg well. Add vanilla. Stir in
poppy seed mix. Measure dry ingred. in large bowl. Stir together all
ingred. to moisten. Fill greased muffin tins
and bake 400F for 20-25 min. Makes 15 muffins.
