RHUBARB PIE

Combine sugar, flour, and egg add to rhubarb.  Prepare pastry in pie plate.  Add mixture make lattice top.
Bake 450 F for 10 min; reduce to 350 F to continue baking 40 to 50 min. until golden brown.
 

STEWED RHUBARB

Place cut rhubarb in saucepan and sprinkle with sugar and orange.  Add just enough water to prevent burning.  Cover and simmer gently until rhubarb is soft.  for 20-25 min.  Add more sugar if necessary.
