RHUBARB PIE

2 CUPS RHUBARB

1 CUP SUGAR

2 TBSP. FLOUR

1 EGG

1 PASTRY
Combine sugar, flour, and egg add to rhubarb. Prepare pastry in pie
plate. Add mixture make lattice top.
Bake 450 F for 10 min; reduce to 350 F to continue baking 40 to 50
min. until golden brown.
STEWED RHUBARB

2 CUPS RHUBARB

3.4 CUP SUGAR

1 TSP. GRATED ORANGE RIND

1/4 CUP WATER
Place cut rhubarb in saucepan and sprinkle with sugar and orange.
Add just enough water to prevent burning. Cover and simmer gently
until rhubarb is soft. for 20-25 min. Add more sugar if necessary.
