STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

GRAHAM CRUST RECIPE(BAKE 10 MIN. AT 325 F)

250 G (3) PKGS CREAM CHEESE

250 ML SUGAR

3 TBSP. FLOUR
-
1/2 TSP. VANILLA
-
3 EGGS
-
4 CUPS STRAWBERRIES (HALVED)

1/2 CUP SUGAR
-
1 TBSP. CORNSTARTCH

1/2 CUP WATER
Combine first 4 ingred. at med. speed. Add individually eggs, mixing
well. Pour over crust. Bake 450 F for 10 min. Reduce
oven 250 F and bake 30min. Cool and remove from pan. Layer
3 1/2 cups berries on cake. Mash remaining berries in saucepan and
add (stir) 3 ingred. Med heat until (clear) but thick. Cool.
Spoon on berries and chill.
