1 1/2 cup chopped chicken breast
1/2 cup halved seedless grapes
1/2 cup diced apple
2 tbsp diced pineapple
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Combine mayo and next 5 ingredients through pepper,
stirring with a whisk. Pour may mixture over chicken mixture,
toss gently to coat.
3. Sprinkle with almonds. Cover and chill.
