4 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup minced green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 to 3/4 cup low fat mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
pita or french bread
Garnishes
almonds
apples
grapes
pineapple chunks
avocado slices
hard boiled eggs
water chestnuts
Combine turkey, celery, green pepper, onion, mayo, lemon juice, bouillon,
salt, and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve with the garnishes on a bed of crisp lettuce or bread.
Serves 6 to 8.
