1 can cream of celery soup
3 eggs beaten
1 can tuna
¼ cup pimiento
1 ½ cups biscuit mix
1/3 cup hot water
1 cup montrey jack cheese
In bowl, stir soup, eggs, tuna, and pimiento.
Mix well the biscuit mix and water. Knead the dough on floured board
until smooth. Press dough into 10 X 6” pan and cover sides.
Sprinkle ½ cup cheese add tuna mixture. Add remaining
cheese.
Bake 350 F for 50 min. Makes 6 servings.
