1. Combine soy sauce, ginger and pepper in bowl. Spread over
steak and marinate at room temp. for 15 minutes.
2. Heat skillet. Add oil. Drain steak. (Keep mixture). Cook steak for 4-5 min per side. Let stand on counter for 10 min.
3. Add mushrooms to skillet; cook for 2 min. Add broth, peas, and extra mixture bringing to boil. Reduce heat to low. Stir in noodles.
4. Cut steak and stir into soup. Add onion and oil. Pour
into bowls and garish with pepper strips.
